Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026. These terms apply when you use contentdaddy.in or hire ContentDaddy for video editing and content services. By booking a call or starting a project, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide video editing, short-form content, thumbnails, captions, and related content services. The exact deliverables, timelines, and price are agreed in writing before a project starts.
Your responsibilities
You must own or have permission to use everything you send us, including footage, music, images, and brand assets. You are responsible for what you publish. Give us feedback within the review window we agree so the project stays on schedule.
Payment
Prices are quoted before work starts. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly plans are paid in advance and one-off projects need a deposit before we begin. Late payments may pause work.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your plan. Extra rounds or new requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the finished videos. We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Our templates, presets, and working files stay ours.
Cancellation
Either side can end a monthly plan with 15 days written notice. Work already done is billed. See our Refund Policy for what happens to prepaid amounts.
Limits
We do our best work, but we cannot promise views, followers, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: contact@contentdaddy.in.
