Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company or channel name, and anything you write in our contact form or booking form.
Details collected automatically: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and how you got to our site. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.
Project files: videos, audio, images, and account access you share with us so we can do the work.
How we use it
To reply to you and book calls.
To deliver the editing and content services you hire us for.
To send you updates about your project and, if you agree, occasional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run and improve our website and to measure our advertising.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and similar services. They help us see which ads and pages work, and they may show you our ads on other websites. You can block cookies in your browser settings. You can also adjust your ad preferences inside your Meta and Google accounts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as email, scheduling (Calendly), form handling, cloud storage, analytics, and advertising platforms. We may also share it if the law requires it.
Your project files
Your raw footage and finished videos stay yours. We use them only to complete your project. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. Project files are deleted from our systems after the project closes, unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at contact@contentdaddy.in and we will respond within 30 days.
