Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026. This policy explains when ContentDaddy gives refunds for its services.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we have started on your project, we refund the full amount, minus any payment processing fees.

After work starts

Once editing has begun, payments are non-refundable for the work already delivered or in progress. If you cancel a monthly plan mid-month, the remaining unused days are not refunded, but we will complete the deliverables already in progress.

If we cannot deliver

If we fail to deliver what we agreed and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a refund for the undelivered part.

How to request

Email contact@contentdaddy.in with your name, the project, and the reason. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will always try to resolve it directly.
